Turks & Caicos Jerk Fish

I made a spicy fish tonight! My friend brought me this dry Jerk seasoning from Turks and Caicos. A dry Jerk seasoning consists of many flavors such as onion, thyme, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.

I placed aluminum foil on a pan and rubbed olive oil on it. Then I rubbed pieces of fish with olive oil and a little of the dry seasoning. I placed those in the fridge to marinate a couple hours.

I cooked them in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes. The time will vary since you can use any type or thickness of fish, chicken, beef, lamb, etc. I really like fish! My favorites are salmon and swai fish.

I broiled steamed brussel sprouts with garlic and olive oil and made a wonderful salad. I love salads! I make a meal of salad! YUMMY GREENS!!
